Data Operations Analyst (Traditional Chinese Required)

Job Description

The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for client deliverables, data cleaning and categorizing, and data input validation focusing on specific industry categories. The role creates and delivers client outputs accurately and on time.

• Serve as the contact for commercial queries, leading resolution in a client‑focused and timely manner with the Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Plan and execute complex daily work to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze and identify gaps in coding, data input validation, and client instruction environments (CIP – Consumer Information Platform) and drive process and tool convergence.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams, driving SOP and best‑demonstrated practices.
• Work across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery meets client expectations and satisfaction.
