Job Description
NEXUS Personalized Health is the technology platform for personalized health at ETH Zurich . Since 2015, NEXUS has enabled and accelerated biomedical research by providing scientific expertise and tailored services in clinical bioinformatics, software engineering, biostatistics, high‑throughput screening, and data management. Working at the interface between research and clinical application, NEXUS collaborates with researchers from ETH Zurich, hospitals, academia, and industry to develop innovative solutions that advance personalized medicine.
Project background
NEXUS supports two cutting‑edge biomedical research projects that rely on robust and secure research data management. Data and metadata are collected from multiple laboratories, stored on the highly secure LeoMed platform, and consolidated within a LabKey installation to provide researchers with high‑quality, well‑organized datasets.
