Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Database Enrichment & Quality Assurance
- Conduct data collection, research, cleansing, and de-duplication.
- Analyze data trends and produce actionable insights to support campaign planning.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources including CRMs, external vendors, websites, and sensors.
- Track and report on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Visualize data and prepare reports that support strategic decision making.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with external data suppliers or vendors to resolve data issues.
- Maintain internal dashboards and tracking systems to monitor database growth, freshness, and completeness.
