Our client is looking for a Joint Operations Centre (JOC) Data & Insights Specialist .
The perfect person for this role is someone who loves data and knows how to turn it into real operational solutions. This role uses our client’s big datasets, especially call transcripts, to help them improve negotiations, decision‑making, and collections.
