Job Description
Record and update daily operation data for warehouse inbound, outbound, delivery, POD, returns, and exception cases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and records, and make sure data is complete and submitted on time.
Check data between physical documents, system records, and Excel sheets to make sure all information is correct and matched.
Pay attention to missing records, wrong entries, duplicate entries, quantity differences, and timing problems, and report them in time.
Organize and file both hard copy and soft copy documents, such as receiving records, dispatch records, POD, exception notes, and reconciliation documents.
Keep files clear and in good order, including file naming, filing, and version control.
Help prepare simple written documents such as exception reports, data summary sheets, process records, and reconciliation sheets.
