Data Engineer / Data Platform Engineer

We are seeking a data engineer with a strong blend of technical and data governance experience. This role requires hands-on work with ETL processes, Python, AWS, and SQL, along with the ability to help shape and maintain data standards across the organization.

The ideal candidate spends about 50% of their time developing Python code and working with AWS resources, and the other 50% focused on SQL, database work, documenting datasets, and helping business users understand and use the data effectively.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining ETL pipelines, managing and documenting data assets, and supporting data governance efforts such as establishing and enforcing data standards. Candidates with experience in data engineering, data science, data stewardship, data governance, or data custodianship are encouraged to apply.
