Data Engineer - AI-Powered Health Data Pipelines

Fligoo in Argentina seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own and evolve our data infrastructure, from FHIR ingestion to AI-powered enrichment. You will advance one of our key health projects with a US partner, guiding the platform from batch ETL to event-driven pipelines and expanding RAG capabilities.

You will build and maintain pipelines ingesting FHIR data into AWS HealthLake, develop Glue/Spark ETL for a multi-tenant Redshift warehouse, and lead transitions to event-driven processing with
