Mechanical M&E Technician

Job Scope: Provides hands‑on technical support for the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems throughout the data centre facility. Executes preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled maintenance plans, including lubrication, filter replacements, belt adjustments, and equipment cleaning. Performs minor repairs on pumps, motors, fans, dampers, valves, and associated mechanical equipment. Assists engineers with troubleshooting activities, replacing faulty components, and testing repaired systems. Conducts routine inspections of equipment, recording readings, identifying abnormalities, and reporting findings to senior engineers. Operates BMS terminals to monitor system parameters, adjust setpoints, and acknowledge alarms under engineering supervision.
