ByteDance Data Center Development team builds Data Center and Network in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on innovation, renewable energy adoption, rapid project delivery, capacity planning, process risk control, and cost management. The Global Delivery Management team handles site selection, acquisition and project delivery.

• End‑to‑End project management of data center delivery with cross‑functional collaboration
• Management of data center providers for green‑field projects
• Electrical and telecom fit‑out work of the data hall
• Localization of data center standards, including workmanship and design
• Support site selection tasks in APAC region
• Technical review of data center infrastructure
• Collaboration with design team to optimize data hall standards
• Support local operation team for post‑handover defect rectification
