Data Center Operation and Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Operation and Maintenance Team Management: Take charge of overall site operation of Indonesia IDC covering five core modules: power distribution, HVAC, fire protection, intelligent system and ECC monitoring to ensure 7×24-hour stable operation of the data center. Develop localized organizational structure, and administer shift scheduling, performance appraisal, staff training and on-site safety management for both Chinese expatriate employees and local Indonesian workforce.
2. Operation and Maintenance System Establishment: Formulate and implement complete O&M management rules covering routine inspection, equipment maintenance, engineering change control, spare parts administration, emergency response and energy consumption management. Standardize full-lifecycle maintenance activities and set up tiered fault closed-loop handling and regular post-failure review mechanisms.
