Job Description – Head, HSE & Construction Safety
Entity: The largest Data Center of the largest conglomerate.
Location: Hyderabad/Pune + Pan India site mobility
Function: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) + Construction Safety
Reports To: CEO
1. Role Purpose
The Head – HSE & Construction Safety is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving a worldclass safety, health, and environment framework across all phases of the data center lifecyclesite acquisition, design, construction, commissioning, and operatios. The role ensures zeroharm culture, regulatory compliance, contractor safety governance, and alignment with global hyperscale DC safety standards (NFPA, BIS, NBC, IFC, ISO, OSHA).
