About the Company
We're looking for experienced Data Center Engineer Network Field Engineer IT Technician Data Center / Network Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, projectors, televisions, phones, cabling, peripherals, and site security equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders, including preparing technical reports and participating in information-gathering workshops.
- Work independently on medium-complexity support tasks while collaborating with cross-functional and remote technical teams.
- Support data center operations and assist with application infrastructure maintenance.
