About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to act as the day‑to‑day interface with our clients and drive projects to achieve an excellent outcome.

The role will work across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, supporting complex projects with responsibility for all aspects of cost management and project delivery.

Key Elements

• Provide estimate and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed levels.
• Assist with feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
• Perform all aspects of procurement: pre‑qualification, bid lists, bid analysis, bid reports and compilation of contractual documents.
• Participate with post‑contract cost variances and change control processes, escalating major changes to the line manager.
