We are seeking a Data Capability & Community Lead to join our Group Data & AI team, playing a key role in driving how data creates value across our multi‑brand, international business.
Reporting to the Head of Data Operations & Enablement, this new role sits at the heart of our Group Data & AI function and is responsible for shaping a connected, capable and consistent data practice across Kingfisher. You will build and nurture a vibrant Data & AI community through communities of practice, champion networks and shared learning, while also designing skills frameworks, career pathways and development programmes to attract, grow and retain data talent.
