Work Set-up: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite at Pasig City)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead both data analytics/dashboard service line AND web/app development service line
• Manage P&L for both functions
• Client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds
• Team development across two distinct skill sets

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and tech management leadership role in a Marketing Agency
• Managed a team of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines
• Background in either data analytics OR web development
• Experience in an agency or professional services environment
• Profit & Loss ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
