Position: Data and Automation Engineer Job Description: Data & Automation Engineer is responsible for integrating data from multiple platforms  and transforming it into actionable insights through BI and AI solutions . This role focuses on building reliable data pipelines , enabling analytics, and automating reporting for support and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Integrate data from multiple sources: Salesforce SharePoint (Global Engineering documentation) Supplier systems Technical support platforms (tickets, Q&A) Design and maintain ETL / ELT data pipelines . Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports . Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems.
