Data Analytics Specialist — SQL, Automation, AI & Modeling

Hybrid position (2 days per week) based in São Paulo.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex data and business problems into clear analytical outputs that support client conversations, commercial strategy, and product‑driven insights.

• Structure analyses from business problems: Translate open‑ended questions into clear analytical approaches, define the right methodology, identify the data needed, and communicate findings in a way that drives decisions.
• Build scalable analytics and automation: Automate recurring analyses, reporting flows, data quality checks, and commercial analytics processes using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
