Job Description
- Collect, clean, integrate, and prepare data from multiple sources such as retail POS, e-commerce platforms, CRM, supply-chain, marketing campaigns, and regional market reports.
- Collect and consolidate reports from Area Supervisors to create monthly reports.
- Perform commission and incentive computations for sales and beauty advisor teams across retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain commission calculation templates, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline monthly processes.
- Work closely with Finance and Sales departments to verify sales data, eligibility, and payout alignment with company policies.
- Reconcile computed commissions with finance records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with LUXASIA’s data governance standards.
- Consolidate brand rankings for all stores.
