Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Production Management & Quality Control
- The Cultured Process: Oversee the end-to-end execution of our traditional curd-method culturing process (boiling raw milk, separating cream, setting and fermenting cream into curd overnight, churning, and slow-clarifying). Ensure the final ghee consistently achieves its signature premium aroma and granular (danedar ) texture.
- Raw Milk Gatekeeping: Manage the strict inspection and fat/purity testing of incoming raw A2 milk from our select suppliers. Ensure zero compromise on raw material quality.
- Byproduct Optimization: Efficiently manage the high volume of high-value skimmed milk and buttermilk left over from the cream-separation process, directing its conversion into premium curd and Masala Chhas.
