Job Description
A large, progressive dairy operation in Wisconsin seeking an experienced and hands-on Dairy Manager to oversee daily herd operations and lead a strong team across multiple departments. This individual will work closely with the herd crew, milking staff, feeders, veterinarians, nutritionists, and outside consultants to ensure the dairy operates efficiently and maintains high standards in herd health, milk production, and overall performance.
The Dairy Manager will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, supporting employees, and ensuring that established protocols are consistently followed. All operational decisions will be communicated with ownership through regular management meetings, making strong communication and accountability essential for success in this role.
