Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (Endpoint SME)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to operate and manage enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions, including Azure cloud services, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Microsoft Intune for device management. The SME will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the organization. Operations & Support: Provide operational support for endpoint and mobility issues as a Subject Matter Expert Strong in troubleshooting device enrollment, policy conflicts, patch failures, and application deployment issues Deploy and configure MECM for OS deployment, patch management, and application distribution Manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and compliance policies.
