Cybersecurity Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager, Security Operations Centre (SOC) Lead to join our Metso IT team. You will own and manage Metso's global SOC, oversee 24/7 threat monitoring, alert triage, escalation workflows, and define SOC performance metrics (MTTD, MTTR, false‑positive rates). You will coordinate the SOC analyst team ensuring adequate staffing across regions and time zones. The role is based in Espoo, with flexible hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global SOC, owning threat monitoring, alert triage, escalation workflows, and reporting metrics to senior leadership.
• Develop and run incident response, vulnerability and patch management, and exposure frameworks; standardise playbooks and SLAs across IT and business units.
• Define and track SOC performance metrics (MTTD, MTTR, false‑positive rates) and report results to leadership.
