Transcom is looking for talented individuals to join our team! Be the next CX IT Implementation Specialist for our Transcom Pasigsite.
The CX IT Implementation Specialist’s role is to deliver project-like custom implementations of Transcom’s contact centre tools tailored to specific requirements of the Client. These contact centre tools are typically cloud-based, third party provided applications. This role is required to configure, test, deploy, and support multiple contact center tools. In order to achieve its goals, this role works closely together with Support teams, Business Analysts, Solution Engineers and the internal client.
