CX Automation & AI Operations Specialist

PaySauce Limited is seeking a hands-on Customer Operations specialist to build and run the AI, automation and digital tooling behind our support. You will configure and improve AI agents (Intercom/Fin), craft content and rules, and design in-product guidance to assist customers in the moment.

You will manage ticket types, routing and triage, leveraging customer data to personalise service, while maintaining quality through live support and QA across channels.
