CX AI Automation Architect — Scale Customer Experience

ALOHAS is seeking an experienced CX Automation & AI Lead to architect solutions that enhance customer experience while increasing efficiency. You will be responsible for building systems that enable a small team to manage increased ticket volumes effectively, employing automation and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience with automation features in customer-facing products. You will work closely with IT, Data, and PMO teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across various channels.
