- Coverage Dates: November 24 - 30
- Licensing: Must possess an active Tennessee license or IMLC
- Required Procedures: CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, EVSG, TEVSG, lung procedures, peripheral interventions, aortic dissections, vascular surgeries, carotid endarterectomy, among others.
- Certification: Board Certified
- Electronic Medical Records: Athena in the office, Centricity at the hospital
- Support Team: Includes 3 Physician Assistants and additional office staff
