Job Overview:
A leading airline group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformation. This role will ensure a controlled, low-risk transition from legacy HR systems into Oracle Cloud, coordinating across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Location: Uxbridge
• Daily Rate: Flexible
• Contract Length: Sep 2027
• Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities• Develop and manage the integrated Oracle HCM cutover strategy, including timelines and business freeze windows
• Coordinate all cutover activities across Core HR, ORC, Learning, Talent, Performance,pensation, and Help Desk modules
• Lead dress rehearsals/mock cutovers and incorporate lessons learnt into final execution
