You will be part of the Parliament IT Customer Service team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality support and service to parliamentary customers. The team manages technology incidents and requests through phone, email, in-person and self-service channels, while also championing a strong customer service culture across Parliament IT
This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with skilled and supportive colleagues, providing frontline and onsite technical support across the Parliamentary precinct and to out-of-Parliament offices. It’s...
