Key Responsibilities


Lead and mentor the customer support team.

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor team KPIs such as CSAT, TAT, and resolution rates.

Improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Train and onboard new team members.
