Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin/Cantonese) /Fresh graduate

We are currently hiring Mandarin & Cantonese speakers for an international customer support project.

Job Scope

• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payment inquiries, and product support.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and mobile operating systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow operational procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Able to communicate in English + Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting devices.
