Customer Support Specialist for Vacation Rentals (Barcelona)

Casa Cosi manages holiday apartments in Barcelona and Florence.

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team on a 6-month replacement contract.

Responsibilities

The role consists mainly of assisting guests before, during and after their stay, answering messages, handling check‑ins, and coordinating with our cleaning and maintenance teams when needed.

Weekend availability is essential. The position includes regular shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (approximately 9:30am – 18:00pm). Weekend shifts can be worked remotely from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism or similar.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using online tools and messaging platforms.
• Organized, reliable and able to work independently.
