Job Description
At Tise, we are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are now looking for a Support Agent located in Oslo , to play a key role in our launch in Germany. In this role, you will be an important part of our Customer Success team in Oslo, while having a strong focus on ensuring a great, safe, and efficient customer experience for our German users. You will work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team, but with a clear responsibility for supporting Tise’s growth in the German market. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys customer communication, problem-solving, structure, and being part of an international expansion journey.
