Our products are live with heavy hitters like Polymarket, Trust Wallet, Brave Browser, and many others to make crypto simpler. We have onboarded 2M + users across 150+ countries to Web3 and handle 100s of thousands of transactions per month.
You will be responsible for providing great customer service to our customers, resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various technical problems that arise, as well as helping out with a variety of tasks to help us process payments.
