Job Title: International Sales & Support Agent (Evening/Night Shift) Location: Shahra - e - Faisal No. of Positions: 20
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM Onwards (Night/Afternoon Shift)
Salary: Base Pay: 75,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 90K - 100K) Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We are looking for a Cold Calling Sales Agent with fluent English and at least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
Engage prospects with a compelling pitch and generate interest in IT services.
Qualify leads and ensure they meet company criteria before transfer.
Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Accurately log customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
