Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist customers with queries, issues, and feedback in a remote setup.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints in the CRM
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant teams for improvement
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
