Job Description

Objective of the Position :-
1. Maintain a high uptime of systems by swift and effective service.
2. Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction in the assigned region.
3. Achieve the growth target set by the Management for Customer Support revenue. Customer Support Revenue would include
• AMC and Comprehensive AMCs
• Spare parts sales
• Accessories Sales (Life Cycle Management.)
Key Result Areas:-
The incumbent will provide service support to PAN systems (XRD, XRF, Cross Belt Analyzers) which will cover following customer support activity :-
1. Installation and Calibration of systems
2. Provide corrective and preventive maintenance as per norms.
3. Manage Maintenance Contracts and achieve revenue targets
4. Sell spares and accessories to achieve revenue Targets
5. Maintain high uptime as per commitments to customers in their Contracts.
6. Ensure collection of account receivables of AMC, Spares and Accessories in time.
