Role Summary

The Customer Supply Chain Manager oversees and enhances retail sales operations, serving as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for the retail order desk and master data administration. Reporting to the Director of Retail Sales, this remote role is responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in purchase order processing, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) and internal fulfillment partners, and managing end-to-end inventory tracking and EDI processes. The successful candidate will streamline cross-functional communication between sales, fulfillment, and finance while upholding a customer-first mindset to drive the organization's retail operations forward.
