In this role you will act as the main operational interface between our customers and internal teams. You will drive operational improvements, coordinate the Order-to-Cash process and ensure that customer needs are translated into efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a proactive approach to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
