Customer Success Specialist, Vaisala, Vantaa

• You will work as a Customer Success Specialist at Vaisala’s headquarters in Vantaa on a full-time, hybrid basis starting September 2026, on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year with a possibility for extension or direct hire.
• You will proactively manage EMEA service agreement customers and coordinate lifecycle activities such as onboarding, regular check-ups, and renewals to ensure sustained customer value.
• You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales, provide Tier 1 service sales support, contribute to process improvements, and utilize AI tools to enhance daily workflows.
• The role requires a relevant technical or commercial degree or equivalent experience, prior customer-facing (B2B) experience, CRM skills (Salesforce a plus), and strong English, with Finnish or German as a plus.
