Client Development & Customer Success Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities, achieving sales targets. Develop new sales leads and build a database of potential customers. Follow proven sales methodologies, underwriting and processes with accuracy. Maintain and grow existing business by cross-selling opportunities. Develop strong client relationships to enhance and increase sales. Keep up-to-date sales records for all existing and prospective accounts on company IT systems (CRM & DB). Prepare detailed written proposals and quotations or email responses where applicable. Follow a professional sales approach at all times. Follow business compliance processes as may be applicable.
