Customer Success Rep – Commercial Vehicles

FAMCO, part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for commercial vehicles. You will be the first point of contact, providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and delivering professional service across all channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Operations and Finance to address requests, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
