Norbloc builds ecosystems for the sharing of validated data and provides mission‑critical applications to financial institutions looking to digitize and improve the efficiency of client onboarding and data management processes. We are currently seeing strong international growth across Europe and the MENA region. Our expanding client portfolio includes government entities and global financial institutions such as HSBC and EmiratesNBD. We are now growing the team to support our expanding client portfolio and further develop our data sharing platforms. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with great communication and interpersonal skills to be part of our commercial team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining continuously stronger connections with our customers and driving advocacy.
