Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you are the primary guardian of the client journey and the master of project timelines. You will lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns for leading FMCG and international brands (e.g., L'Oreal, Unilever, Colgate). This is a high-visibility role requiring a Project Manager heart, obsessed with deadlines and KPIs, and a Consultant mindset, able to provide high-level service and strategic reassurance to global stakeholders.
