The Embedded Customer Success Manager is the dedicated point of contact for assigned key customer accounts, owning day-to-day account management and ensuring effective operational delivery. The role works closely with the customer and internal ADI teams to align stakeholders, deliver successful project outcomes resolve issues quickly,
JOB DUTIES:
Own day-to-day account management to ensure smooth operations.
Partner with the customer to define ADI product solutions for end users across new and existing projects.
Act as the single point of contact, coordinating communication between the customer and ADI internal teams.
Anticipate risks, prevent issues where possible, and drive timely resolution when issues arise.
Support ongoing project execution and ensure continuity across workstreams.
Manage escalations, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and follow-through.
