Skills: Communication, empathy, product knowledge, startups/hiring ecosystem, Google Sheets/CRM/support tools. Responsibilities: Onboard new customers, primary point of contact for accounts, ensure product value delivery, collect feedback, track health metrics, handle support queries, identify upsell opportunities.
