About the role
The Client Success team follows a “Client for Life” philosophy. In this role you ensure every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment, by understanding and surfacing their business priorities, breaking down challenges, and identifying effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business. You are responsible for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement with products used by large client teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients ranging from senior C‑level executives to junior client professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure they are successful in the use of their Gartner subscription.
