What you will do
Lead the planning and briefing phases for regional crm activities. Ensure local implementation and review performance. Continuously optimize all touchpoints, including email, site, unboxing, and direct mail.
Make real-time campaign adjustments based on a continuous feedback loop and local findings, ensuring all regional activities remain closely aligned with the global strategic roadmap.
