We are excited to be recruiting Customer Specialist Support Advisors for a leading Australian infrastructure organisation, offering long-term career stability, extensive training and meaningful, purpose-driven work. With a strong focus on complaint resolution, hardship support and complex customer interactions, this role is ideal for someone who is resilient, experienced on the phone and genuinely motivated to help customers through difficult circumstances.
