Overview

As a Customer Support Analyst you will be part of the Jonas Construction support team. You will provide support for Jonas Construction ERP Software by monitoring tickets, responding to customer calls, and resolving cases using troubleshooting skills and product knowledge. A successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced team environment, and previous accounting and customer service experience.
