Responsabilidades
- Overseas Sales Order Management.
- Handling expedites requests from the Customer.
- Providing recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time.
- Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer.
- Direct interface with customer for expediting and order placement issues.
- Provides commitment dates for the delivery of the requested product.
- Provides and executes commitment delivery dates.
- Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
- Carry out the management within the company for the shipment.
- Maintains and builds good relationships with internal and external customers.
- 6+ years' experience in Customer Service or similar role.
- SAP (preferred)/ MRP.
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
- Logistic/Transportation process.
- English proficient (Advanced).
